Ray Liotta’s fiancée paid tribute to the late actor on social media.
The Field of Dreams star passed away on Thursday (5/26/22) at the age of 67, and Jaycee Nittolo took to Instagram to praise her fiancé, admitting they “couldn’t get enough of each other.”
Jaycee, who got engaged to the movie star in December 2020, wrote on the photo-sharing platform: “The last couple of years my life has been truly magical.
“Ray and I share a deep love that I will always hold in my heart. We laughed every day and were inseparable. The chemistry was wild in the best way. He was everything to me in the world, and we could not get enough of it. each other.
“True love, which is dreamed of. He was the most beautiful person inside and out that I have ever known… and even that is putting it mildly. (sic)”
Martin Scorsese also recently paid tribute to the Hollywood star.
The legendary director admitted he was “shocked and devastated” by the news.
He said, “Playing Henry Hill in The Goodfellas was not an easy task because the character had so many different facets, so many complex layers, and Ray was in almost every scene of the long and difficult shoot.
“He absolutely blew me away and I will always be proud of our collaboration on this film.
“My heart goes out to his loved ones and it hurts for his loss, too early.”
Lorraine Bracco, who played Karen Friedman Hill in The Goodfellas, also praised her former co-star in a candid post.
Lorraine, 67, tweeted: “I am completely shocked to hear this terrible news about my Ray.
“I can be anywhere in the world and people will come up to me and tell me their favorite movie is The Goodfellas. Then they always ask what was the best thing about making that movie. My answer has always been the same… Ray Liotta. (sic)”
