Rock the Park Summer Concert Series

Carolina Soul Band brings the soul sounds of bands like The Drifters, The Coasters, Smokey Robinson. Food trucks will open at 18:00 and the show will start at 18:30. Food and drinks are allowed, with the exception of alcohol. Small refrigerators are allowed. Liberty Park, 25 E. Iredell Ave., downtown Mooresville.

From 18:30 to 21:00. Adults can play basketball on Tuesdays at Bailey Road Recreation Center, 11536 Bailey Road, at Bailey Middle School. Age 18 and over. Free.

Nostalgia An Adults Only Night with “The Breakfast Club” – R (1985) at Smithville Park, 19710 South Ferry St. Weather permitting, films will start at dusk (approximately 20:30). The gates open at 18:30; concessions available for purchase will include a food truck and a local beer supplier. Bring sun loungers and blankets. Coolers and picnic baskets are ok.
