After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Afro-hair mass mass returns to the Vincennes Floral Park. According to Didier Maden, at the origins of the event, a new generation of entrepreneurs made it possible to create more adapted cosmetics.
The Natural Hair Academy (NHA), which has been absent from the Bois de Vincennes for the past two years due to the pandemic, is back this weekend on June 4th and 5th. The event, which brings together (almost) every year members of the textured hair industry (curly, tufted, braided, etc.), puts its return on a mark of celebration. For its tenth anniversary, the NHA is building on the recipes that made it an unmissable event in France and Europe: beauty workshops for adults and children, wellness and self-esteem (makeup, hair tips) or entrepreneurship workshops, all punctuated by dance classes and thematic conferences with such influential personalities as Rojaya Diallo, Fatu N’Diaye (influencer and model), American Felicia Leatherwood (star hairdresser, from singer Jill Scott to actors Will Smith and Terrence Howard).
