MASON CITY, Iowa. For those who love live music, get ready to rock!

Guitarist Don Felder and pop rock band Sugar Ray will talk about entertainment when RAGBRAI arrives in Mason City on July 27th. In addition, Seven will feature performances by 90s rock band and grunge cover band 13, country/blues/funk/rock singer Danny Grouse and Iowa native country singer Brad Morgan. Admission to all performances is free.

The Lake Mills comedian and Day Peace host made the announcement on Wednesday. Nancy Lund, Executive Committee Member of RAGBRAI Mason City, is looking forward to the big day.

“It was a pretty tight secret. We prepared for a long time, we wanted to make sure that this year we prepared something for everyone, and I think we succeeded.”

About 15,000 visitors are expected and city officials say that could mean $3 million for Mason City’s economy.

In addition, volunteers are still needed to help with camping, hospitality and cleaning. Click here for more information.
