With over 25 years of experience as a Human Resources (HR) professional, Ms. Sangster has a proven track record of strategic organizational development. Her leadership qualities have been tested and proven across many industries during times of company-wide change, mergers and acquisitions and other turning points in the organization.
Ms. Sangster currently leads the Global Human Resources group at Eclipse Automation, an automation company with operations in Canada, the US, Europe and Asia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University and professional certifications in Human Resources, Mergers and Acquisitions and Executive Coaching.

In connection with the appointment of Ms. Sangster, the composition of the Board of Directors was increased to eight members, three of whom are independent. As a result, the Company is no longer required to rely on the exemption granted by NEO in connection with the listing of Amcomri common stock.
